The Career and Technical Education Department is seeking advice and assistance from key business and industry partners in order to keep our state-approved CTE programs up to industry standards.👩🔬🚑
We would like to invite YOU to become a member of the CTE Advisory Committee, which meets approximately two times per year. The purpose of the Advisory Committee is to collaborate with one another and to provide recommendations for the continuous improvement of our CTE programs. Oxford High School currently has 9 programs and 4 Early Middle College Programs:
- Mechatronics
- Digital Multimedia
- Automotive Technology (Early Middle College)
- Marketing (Early Middle College)
- Computer Programming
- Radio & Television Broadcast Technology
- Business

🏆At Oxford Community Schools we are honored to have 4 AMAZING Acorn2Oak grant winners! This grant is for Oakland County young dreamers who deserve the resources to make their visions real.
🌟OHS Students Abubakar Touray and Kuumba Touray, and OES students Addi M. and Elin P. represented Oxford in 4 unique and impressive ways!
Abubakar Touray was honored with the Acorns Award for his active role in planning and attending the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Jr. National Convention. His involvement in connecting with aspiring engineers and representing his community at a national level is commendable!👨🏾🔬
Kuumba Touray earned recognition for her dedication to gymnastics, showcasing incredible discipline and passion. Her success is truly inspiring!🤸🏾♂️
Addi M. was awarded an entrepreneurial grant to launch her own slime business. What a creative and fun venture!🖌️
Elin P. was recognized with a community service grant for her thoughtful initiative to create and deliver care packages to those affected by the Oxford Tragedy. A truly compassionate effort!💙

🎉📚Ms. Hoke’s 4th grade students at OES surpassed their reading goal of 15,000 minutes by logging an impressive 17,436 minutes for the month of March! To celebrate this amazing achievement, they had a glow party filled with solving math/reading glow-themed mysteries, playing Jeopardy, and of course dancing! Keep shining bright, readers! ✨
