Dear Clear Lake Families,
Tomorrow is the day! The first day of the 2023-2024 school year! Here are some reminders to help all of us have a great start.
Developmental Kindergarten (DK) and Kindergarten (K) classesONLYwill have a staggered start to the their first day of school.
We will begin the 2023-2024 year with:
- DK/K students with last names A-L will come to school on Thursday, August 24
- DK/K students with last names M-Z will come to school on Friday, August 25
- ALL DK/K students will attend on Monday, August 28
All1st through 5th gradestudents begin school on Thursday, August 24th, 2023.
The first bell rings at 8:53AM and students only will be welcome to enter the building through our main doors in the front or door 17 in the back parking lot loop. We have Clear Lake staff both outside and inside to greet students and assist them as needed.
Staggered dismissal times have been changed for this school year to:
- DK/K students dismissed at 3:55 PM
- 1st-2nd grade students dismissed at 4:00 PM
- 3rd-5th grade students dismissed at 4:05 PM
Our school hours are 9:03-4:05 PM. Parents and Guardians who need to come to the main office during arrival and dismissal are please asked to inform our Security Officer, Mr. Matt Conquest or other Clear Lake staff member who are at that main door,and then buzz the doorbell at the far right main door. This will alert our office staff of a guest coming to the next main office door to then again be buzzed into the office.
