🌟 2025 Staff Appreciation Week Shout-Out 🌟
Mrs. Haverland from Clear Lake is the kind of teacher who leads with her heart. She gets to know each of her students individually and empowers them to be their best versions of themselves in everything they do! She’s 110% all-in, and her students adore her! She even encourages them outside of the classroom; just yesterday she was all over Seymour Lake Park supporting current and even past students on several different soccer teams and fields! It’s obvious why Mrs. Haverland was chosen as Teacher of the Year! We feel so lucky. Thanks, Mrs. Haverland!!! -Lisa B.

📖 Reading is sweet! This year, every Clear Lake family received a copy of The Chocolate Touch for a fun school-wide book club during March is Reading Month. To wrap up the month, the top three readers from each class were invited to a special chocolate party with Mrs. Niemi and Mrs. Gierahn, Clear Lake’s reading specialist. They enjoyed a chocolate fountain with all kinds of tasty treats to dip, plus a candy bar where they could make their own goodie bags. Way to go, readers!
